About baytenders & the owner

Nikki Nichole began a career in Mixology in 2010 after becoming a certified mixologist in the Bay Area.  After working as a bartender for various high end catering companies and different bar & restaurants part-time, she noticed that the bartending & mixology world was vastly under represented by black women. So Nikki-Nichole decided to carve out a space within the bartending world with a business that would  both bring quality mixology & bar services, and also allow for more exposure  and opportunities for women & people of color.  

So in 2019 Baytenders was born.  Baytenders trains and certifies anyone who is interested in becoming a bartender, but not only that, we also provide opportunities for exposure through intern opportunities and also hire & employ those who become certified. This gives an opportunity for more women & people of color to enter the mixology world and hopefully make a splash!! 

Baytenders is a company that has a very specific mission. Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience to all who we encounter.  We strive to not just meet but exceed expectations in all that we do.
